Usually I have to settle for the available dim lighting in our apartment to take photos of our dinner. But thanks to Daylight Savings Time, we had natural light available during dinner tonight- woohoo! Check out the difference…

FYI: the 1st dinner is a pan roasted salmon w/a bourbon citrus sauce, brown rice and grilled asparagus. The 2nd dinner is tilapia florentine w/alfredo sauce and freshly baked bread- yummy.
